Supervisors 4 Supervisees (S4S) is a free, specialized directory dedicated to connecting supervisors and supervisees. It streamlines what is usually a word-of-mouth scramble into a transparent, searchable place to find the right fit.
We built S4S because the relationship between a supervisor and a supervisee is the heartbeat of clinical development — it's where ethics are honed, burnout is prevented, and confidence is built. Supervisees can find mentors who align with their clinical interests, and supervisors can find associates working toward licensure.
S4S is an introduction layer, nothing more. It doesn't employ anyone and isn't tied to any single practice. Any organization or individual is welcome to list and search. Whatever arrangement two people reach happens directly between them, off the platform.
